Add tags hierarchy so we can tag items very granuarly like #recipe/breakfast and #recipe/dinner which can all be viewed under #recipe.

I have 3 monitors at my desk (I swear I need them all!!! 😂) and love being able to view multiple piece of information that I may need to update and reference all at once. I could do this by having a browser window open and the desktop window, but I don't love that workaround and sometimes I get a popup saying I'm already using Capacities in another window which interrupts the flow. I'd love to be able to open another Capacities desktop window so I can have different information always accessible at any time. I know I can use tabs, pinning to the sidebar, etc. to try and organize within one window. Maybe it's just me, because I also have 3 monitors and could use tab management to organize information on one monitor but I choose to have 3 lol. I like to be able to see my stuff! I'd also love to be able to open objects in their own window. This could even be a "mini" window without a sidebar - similar to when you open an object and it pops up as a preview rather than opening as a full page. If there was a button to open the object as a mini, floatable, resizable, independent window this could eliminate my need to have multiple desktop windows :)

The date property should allow to set specific date fields as optional. Examples: year-only: 2026 year-month: 2026–05 month-day: 05–21 (for birthdays)

I think it would be a great addition to have Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Notes along with the Daily Notes interface. For example, by pressing the number buttons above the calendar to create one.

Would be wonderful if we could search through the content of pdf files.

Sync Capacities with Apple Calendar

Should be able to use the '@' sign to set a reminder back to that object

Synchronize all tasks from my calendar to Capacities and tasks from Capacities to my calendar for time management.

It would be great to have the option for forwarded emails to be saved to their own unique object type in addition to the current functionality of appending them to the Daily Notes.

I want to keep my task queries clean. Therefore, I want to exclude tasks that are linked to a certain Object type. In my example I have an Object Type "Dev-Log". I want to create a query on tasks that have not been created from such a Dev-Log Object.

I have created some objects which are very similar or tags which cover the same area. It would be good if we can merge the tags, items to a single one. The content of a page could then just be appended.

OpenAI's Whisper model does a great job at taking voice recordings and transcribing them perfectly. This can be great for transcribing meetings or voice notes for quick capture. It would even be cool to take voice recordings from Telegram voice notes or WhatsApp.

Allow to organize tasks in collections to sort them into different areas.

In mobile web, pages shown as list (with title only) even if we choose gallery or wall view. It would be great to be able to see the contents of the page in mobile web, maybe not in the "full" wall/gallery mode, maybe just like Google Keep notes' interface.

The ability to connect multiple entities on a whiteboard and add free text. The whiteboard itself is also an entity and has it's own database. A good implementation is Heptabase.
