Should be able to use the '@' sign to set a reminder back to that object

Synchronize all tasks from my calendar to Capacities and tasks from Capacities to my calendar for time management.

The ability to connect multiple entities on a whiteboard and add free text. The whiteboard itself is also an entity and has it's own database. A good implementation is Heptabase.

I've seen quite a few people create a separate daily object to add properties to since that is not an option with the Daily Notes. I would love for properties to be an actual feature on them. The way I would use this is to add checkbox properties to track my habits.

Currently, I can only dump content in my daily page. My workflow would be really improved if I can create objects via API. Examples of use cases I keep reading a lot of quotes from the web that I'd like to store in a quotes object Save a tweet Save a YouTube Video Save a book recommendation from chat or an article directly as a book object. Also true for movies and other recommendations Save contact details for a person Create a meeting notes object and open the page (from Raycast/Calendar) in Capacities to start taking notes

Add tags hierarchy so we can tag items very granuarly like #recipe/breakfast and #recipe/dinner which can all be viewed under #recipe.

Allow connecting to file storage to: upload explicit files embed files live into capacities (Google Drive) sync all files from a folder in your drive to capacities save automated backups to your drive

OpenAI's Whisper model does a great job at taking voice recordings and transcribing them perfectly. This can be great for transcribing meetings or voice notes for quick capture. It would even be cool to take voice recordings from Telegram voice notes or WhatsApp.

Currently, when trying to move the app's main window around I can only use the small area at the top bar near the three main circles to do it. Clicking and dragging in empty portion of the tab area doesn't do anything. Would be great if we can have as much area in the top bar as possible for grabbing the the window for position adjustment. I am using Mac and haven't tested this on other platform. Thank you

I think it would be a great addition to have Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Notes along with the Daily Notes interface. For example, by pressing the number buttons above the calendar to create one.

Would be wonderful if we could search through the content of pdf files.

It would be great to be able to add a "Birthday property" to People objects, and for it to appear on the Calendar every year (I suppose maybe we could also have the option to "disable" specific birthdays from showing up... or we can manually enable which birthdays show in the calendar?) And this idea made think about creating recurring events that repeat daily/weekly/monthly/yearly, but honestly the birthdays are what I care about the most. Maybe that's beyond the scope of this app, but I think it would be a good addition for the People object.

I have 3 monitors at my desk (I swear I need them all!!! 😂) and love being able to view multiple piece of information that I may need to update and reference all at once. I could do this by having a browser window open and the desktop window, but I don't love that workaround and sometimes I get a popup saying I'm already using Capacities in another window which interrupts the flow. I'd love to be able to open another Capacities desktop window so I can have different information always accessible at any time. I know I can use tabs, pinning to the sidebar, etc. to try and organize within one window. Maybe it's just me, because I also have 3 monitors and could use tab management to organize information on one monitor but I choose to have 3 lol. I like to be able to see my stuff! I'd also love to be able to open objects in their own window. This could even be a "mini" window without a sidebar - similar to when you open an object and it pops up as a preview rather than opening as a full page. If there was a button to open the object as a mini, floatable, resizable, independent window this could eliminate my need to have multiple desktop windows :)
