Submit TicketAdd the context property to all object types
The addition of the super flexible "Context" field on Tasks should get wider use. For example I would love to add "context" to the Weblinks I save but I am limited to doing this with Tags which don't come with the structured data of other objects. Please consider adding context to... everything?!

Whiteboard / Mindmap / Canvas / Drawing
The ability to connect multiple entities on a whiteboard and add free text. The whiteboard itself is also an entity and has it's own database. A good implementation is Heptabase.

Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Notes
I think it would be a great addition to have Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Notes along with the Daily Notes interface. For example, by pressing the number buttons above the calendar to create one.

Emails as unique object type
It would be great to have the option for forwarded emails to be saved to their own unique object type in addition to the current functionality of appending them to the Daily Notes.

Locations, mapview, geodata & gps
it's great Capacities uses experiential grounding of notes and built timeline (calendar, date, time) into the core of the system! – would be even greater if the second basic orientational system of our everyday is also included: space & place! I know this is rather in the idea section as it's about a dimension rather than a simple function. – but I remember DayOne, DevonThink, even some Evernote-apps implementing geo-reference (including map-view & find-in-map) to notes. and it adds a whole new level of meaning & practicability! think of fotos from trips; think of different notes to the same place, or: area! think of geo-referencing information, think of, where have I taken that note... all that! I think a) this would be super useful woth such a versatile, multi-use/-dimension joy as Capacities; and b) it would also fit Capacities philosophy as it simply mirrors / complements the whole thinking around time & dates. please consider :-)

Allow both text color and highlight color to be controlled independetly
I must choose either a text color or a highlight color, but choosing one resets the other. There are use cases where I would like to be able to use both (e.g., someone responds to my message in a different color and when I review their response I want to be able to highlight on top of that)

Handwritten Notes & Draws
I would love to be able to take handwritten notes / draw directly in the app, or even on embeded medias, and to draw links between differant objects

Merge Items and Tags
I have created some objects which are very similar or tags which cover the same area. It would be good if we can merge the tags, items to a single one. The content of a page could then just be appended.

Selecting and Deleting text in multiple blocks is cumbersome
Why are blocks so hard to use for simple text editing? They look like paragraphs but they do not act like them. You cannot select text across blocks, merge the blocks (paragraphs), and especially, delete lots of continuous text across blocks (like if I pasted a lot of text and then need to remove it or most of it). I just don't get why dev teams are so in love with block editors. Simplify!!

Restore full view of heading outline/TOC
Please restore a full-height side panel option for the document heading outline. The current floating overlay obscures main content and only shows 7 headers w/out needing to scroll. This makes it impossible to get a full overview of the headings and adds a ton of uncessary scroll-and-search fussiness to the navigation (exacerbated by undifferentiated text styling that makes it hard to wayfind w/in the visible headings). Beyond navigation, headings are critical content that reveal the structure and core ideas of a document. A full heading view is a basic feature (standard in much simpler competitor apps) essential for notetaking & writing from an outline. The new pin/stats update to the overlay is a nice touch, but it doesn't solve the core problem of a too-small but still in-the-way window. What's needed is what was there before—an option for a sidebar panel at full height. Please, please bring this back!

Choose from various handcrafted color themes for the UI
A theme can have a huge impact on the vibe and feel of the app when we use it. Since PKM is a personal endeavor, the ability to customize one's thinking environment is important. Options could involve: high contrast | normal cool gray | warm gray | neutral gray colorful | monochrome Different color accents and hues very warm gray scale+ amber accent colors mauve-tinted gray scale + mauve accent color Capacities will hand-craft all themes, so it won't be possible to insert custom CSS. This would simply generate too many degrees of freedom and potential UI issues. Special themes can however be requested, and if the interest is high enough, we'll develop them for everyone.
