For tags and pages, I sometimes accidentally create multiple instances of the object with the same Title. This occurs when trying to create a link and clicking on the create new vs assign to existing button. I would 1) like a warning when this happens to confirm I want to create another object with the same name [recognizing that this may be a an intended use case based on object type, perhaps there could be an object level setting that controls whether a warning appears], and 2) when this has occurred, I would like an easy way to merge multiple objects into a single object with all references to that object being updated automatically

I create content. I would like to see all my posts / videos / podcasts in a calendar view, using different fields depending on what I need to see. (due date, publishing date, editor delivery date, etc) Tana just implemented this and it's great to replace tools as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday and Notion that are widely used for content planning. Capacities can do much better!

I would love to be able to take handwritten notes / draw directly in the app, or even on embeded medias, and to draw links between differant objects

Should be able to use the '@' sign to set a reminder back to that object

Add tags hierarchy so we can tag items very granuarly like #recipe/breakfast and #recipe/dinner which can all be viewed under #recipe.

Personally, I really like Capacities, but since English is not my native language, I feel that I can't fully utilize the tool as it takes me longer than it should. It would be fantastic if the dates, calendar, UI, and certain other elements were translated into the world's major languages.

Like Tana, it should put people invited in a "People involved" property, and each person is an object, that I can search or reference.

The ability to connect multiple entities on a whiteboard and add free text. The whiteboard itself is also an entity and has it's own database. A good implementation is Heptabase.

Hi, ever since the new update it seems that parts of my notes are suddenly invisible? I initially thought they got deleted, but they still show up in my outline (see Screenshot 1) and they are entirely visible when I open capacities in the browser (see Screenshot 2). I would really appreciate if you could repair this bug on the Mac App. Many thanks.

it's great Capacities uses experiential grounding of notes and built timeline (calendar, date, time) into the core of the system! – would be even greater if the second basic orientational system of our everyday is also included: space & place! I know this is rather in the idea section as it's about a dimension rather than a simple function. – but I remember DayOne, DevonThink, even some Evernote-apps implementing geo-reference (including map-view & find-in-map) to notes. and it adds a whole new level of meaning & practicability! think of fotos from trips; think of different notes to the same place, or: area! think of geo-referencing information, think of, where have I taken that note... all that! I think a) this would be super useful woth such a versatile, multi-use/-dimension joy as Capacities; and b) it would also fit Capacities philosophy as it simply mirrors / complements the whole thinking around time & dates. please consider :-)

A theme can have a huge impact on the vibe and feel of the app when we use it. Since PKM is a personal endeavor, the ability to customize one's thinking environment is important. Options could involve: high contrast | normal cool gray | warm gray | neutral gray colorful | monochrome Different color accents and hues very warm gray scale+ amber accent colors mauve-tinted gray scale + mauve accent color Capacities will hand-craft all themes, so it won't be possible to insert custom CSS. This would simply generate too many degrees of freedom and potential UI issues. Special themes can however be requested, and if the interest is high enough, we'll develop them for everyone.

Implement two-way sync of tasks statuses between todoist/ticktick, etc.. with the todo status within capacity

I can neatly create a "To do" with inline tags and object mentions visible. But once I convert it to a Task - tags and object mentions become hidden in context. This makes working with tasks difficult, because context (tags, object mentions) are not visible within a Task.

Allow merging two objects of the same object type into one to help with accidental duplications.

After updating to Version 71 of the Windows desktop app, I don't see the "merge into tag" option on the "Tags" object, as shown in Beth's release video. I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm seeing (and not seeing).
