  3. Emails as unique object type

It would be great to have the option for forwarded emails to be saved to their own unique object type in addition to the current functionality of appending them to the Daily Notes.

  5. Whiteboard / Mindmap / Canvas / Drawing

The ability to connect multiple entities on a whiteboard and add free text. The whiteboard itself is also an entity and has it's own database. A good implementation is Heptabase.

  9. AI Interaction with (all) Notes

One of the best features of Mem.ai is the ability to ask the AI questions and have it answer using your library of notes. As a PhD student with thousands of notes, this feature would be indispensable and absolutely worth the money to me. It would be great if you could chat with Capacities AI and receive responses using the content of your notes across your Capacities library. For example, if you could ask the AI to consolidate and create bullet point highlights of all of your notes about a particular subject.

  10. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Notes

I think it would be a great addition to have Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Notes along with the Daily Notes interface. For example, by pressing the number buttons above the calendar to create one.

  11. Capacities MCP server

It'd be awesome if we could access Capacities through an MCP server, either via stdio or as a remote SSE endpoint. I believe Capacities could be used similar to the memory MCP server. The API is missing the required endpoints for it.

  13. Audio Transpile / Speech-to-Text / OpenAI Whisper Transcription Integration

OpenAI's Whisper model does a great job at taking voice recordings and transcribing them perfectly. This can be great for transcribing meetings or voice notes for quick capture. It would even be cool to take voice recordings from Telegram voice notes or WhatsApp.

  14. OCR & Handwritten search

It might be a niche feature, but one that is not that common for PKMs, so it might be a good competitive edge. Personally, I know I have a huge amount of handwritten notes I'd like to make searchable into my knowledge tool, and so far there is only really Evernote that does it (or Onenote, but..).
