Feature Ideas

For tags and pages, I sometimes accidentally create multiple instances of the object with the same Title. This occurs when trying to create a link and clicking on the create new vs assign to existing button. I would 1) like a warning when this happens to confirm I want to create another object with the same name [recognizing that this may be a an intended use case based on object type, perhaps there could be an object level setting that controls whether a warning appears], and 2) when this has occurred, I would like an easy way to merge multiple objects into a single object with all references to that object being updated automatically

I create content. I would like to see all my posts / videos / podcasts in a calendar view, using different fields depending on what I need to see. (due date, publishing date, editor delivery date, etc) Tana just implemented this and it's great to replace tools as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday and Notion that are widely used for content planning. Capacities can do much better!

I would love to be able to take handwritten notes / draw directly in the app, or even on embeded medias, and to draw links between differant objects

Should be able to use the '@' sign to set a reminder back to that object

Add tags hierarchy so we can tag items very granuarly like #recipe/breakfast and #recipe/dinner which can all be viewed under #recipe.

I have created some objects which are very similar or tags which cover the same area. It would be good if we can merge the tags, items to a single one. The content of a page could then just be appended.

Personally, I really like Capacities, but since English is not my native language, I feel that I can't fully utilize the tool as it takes me longer than it should. It would be fantastic if the dates, calendar, UI, and certain other elements were translated into the world's major languages.

The ability to connect multiple entities on a whiteboard and add free text. The whiteboard itself is also an entity and has it's own database. A good implementation is Heptabase.

Like Tana, it should put people invited in a "People involved" property, and each person is an object, that I can search or reference.

Synchronize all tasks from my calendar to Capacities and tasks from Capacities to my calendar for time management.

I think it would be a great addition to have Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Notes along with the Daily Notes interface. For example, by pressing the number buttons above the calendar to create one.

I would like to have the ability to move entities to another space. Let's say I develop some ideas in my personal space which become relevant to my work, I woulk like to move and/or copy them to a different space. There should be an option to move the linked entities aswell or at least the nodes which are directly linked.

It would be great to be able to select a group of objects (for example, a bunch of quotes) and bulk edit shared properties (for example, author).
