Unconsidered Enter presses for IME conversion cause UI issues.

In many single-line input fields such as search, note filtering, and task creation, pressing the Return key acts as a submission trigger. However, when using an IME for languages like Japanese, where the Return key is used to confirm IME conversions, the input gets submitted prematurely while typing, which is very inconvenient.

Furthermore, with the latest update, pressing Return in the note text properties now moves the cursor to the beginning of the line, making text editing difficult.

I have recorded a video of the reproduction state. I am typing in Japanese while pressing the Enter key to finalize text conversion. I am not using arrow keys or shortcut keys, but the cursor jumps to the beginning of the sentence.

The behavior in the browser was the same as in the Mac app.

Thanks for the report. Could you share the IME and a reproducible sequence for each issue, including whether the cursor jump also occurs in Chrome outside the desktop app?
