Allow filters to compare on current time, not just date

Pretty simple, but I tried adding a "Snooze" date field to a project (for query purposes). It worked, but only for comparing the entire date. If I had a snooze time for an hour from now, the project still showed up. I had to put it on a separate future date for it to work as expected.
