Public AI Access to My Capacities Space – What Solution Would You Recommend?
Dear Capacities Support Team,
I have been using Capacities extensively for some time now, and I am extremely happy with the platform.
Until now, I have been using a Custom GPT with my ChatGPT Pro subscription to give my clients access to the knowledge I have collected in my Capacities space, Logos Evolution.
Since OpenAI is discontinuing Custom GPTs on December 11, 2026, I had to convert my GPT into a plugin. Unfortunately, plugins cannot be shared through a public link in the same way.
I am therefore looking for a reliable, long-term solution that meets the following requirements:
- Access via a web link, without requiring users to have a ChatGPT account
- Restricted access, ideally through an email address and password, so the tool cannot simply be shared with anyone
- Direct access to the knowledge in my Capacities space, allowing me to continue maintaining all content centrally in Capacities
- AI-powered conversations for my clients and participants in the Logos Evolution school
The tool is intended to serve as a reflection and self-development assistant, helping users explore personal questions. It should also answer questions about my counseling approach, the school itself, and organizational matters.
The number of users will be relatively small.
One option I am currently considering is building a web application using Cloudflare and connecting it to the OpenAI API and Capacities.
However, I am wondering whether this is really the best approach or whether there are simpler, more established solutions available.
Do you have experience with similar use cases? What technical solution or services would you recommend?
Capacities is an ideal fit for the way I organize and manage my knowledge, and I would very much like to continue using it as the central knowledge base while building a solution that will remain reliable and sustainable in the long term.
Thank you very much for your advice and support!
Kind regards,
Armin Wilding

Capacities documents an API and MCP connectors for building external integrations, but not a ready-made, password-protected public portal for clients. See the API documentation and AI Chat Connectors. What access controls and client experience would your solution need?
