Focus button inconsistencies

It became especially apparent after the redesign, but the behavior of the focus button could be improved. The button (the whole button row, actually) goes under the title bar (Windows 11) if a page is opened (on most other objects it stays below the title bar). Combined with its expanding behavior on hover, it makes it quite hard to aim at and exit focus mode (which is primarily why I reach for the button). I don't know if others feel the same way, but I would prefer the close button to be anchored on the right side and swap it with navigation buttons. So that when the focus button expands the close button is in its predictable position.
