Embedded view of image should have option to view notes

I often work with course images where I am writing notes about the image. I can do that in the notes panel, but I can't display both the image and the notes in the main flow of my notes without setting up a block reference to the notes panel and then moving it into columns.

I would love a block view that is full width and allows you to see the image and the notes for it simultaneously, similar to what you can do with columns or the view when you have notes turned on in page view.
