Allow "Inline links" to be a selectable option in the Default Link View

Right now.

Default link view has does not include Inline mentions. It should be allowed!

I have a people object type that I want to use inline links to tag them, instead of link blocks. This is especially prevalent when I try starting a new block, and then it automatically changes it to a link block.

However, there is no default option. So that means I need to change the editor to allow inline links. However, for other object types, I would like to use the different link mechanisms.

My ask is that the Link option could have a option of "inline links" so we can customize the way we want to mention the object.
