Page Lock / Read Mode Capability

When a page is locked, its content should become read-only, preventing accidental edits while users scroll through the page. This helps avoid unintentionally deleting existing content, typing dummy text, or making unwanted changes after the page has been finalized.

Users should be able to:

• Lock a page after completing or finalizing a draft.
• Scroll up and down normally while the page is locked.
• Prevent text input, deletion, or modification while locked.
• Unlock the page when further editing is required.

Expected Behavior

Once locked, scrolling should not cause or allow any accidental modification to the page content. The existing content should remain unchanged until the user explicitly unlocks the page.
