Allow task capture from anywhere on the desktop with a system-wide shortcut

I would like the task quick-add shortcut to work globally across the desktop, even when Capacities is not the active application.

For example, while I am working in Word, Excel, Chrome, or another application, pressing the shortcut should immediately open a lightweight Capacities task-capture window without requiring me to switch to Capacities first.

This would make Capacities much more effective as a true capture layer for day-to-day work.
