Whitelist Hookdeck as a webhook / destination

Hi Capacities team,

I’m trying to send Capacities Shots (task actions) to a Hookdeck endpoint so I can forward them into my automation stack with a proper Authorization header.

Right now the Shot never arrives at Hookdeck. It looks like outbound webhooks may be blocked unless the destination is on an allowlist.

Could you whitelist Hookdeck receiver addresses (typically https://hkdk.events/ Hookdeck inbound URLs) so Shots can reach them?

Thank you for your help and time.

Please add the exact Hookdeck receiver URL or domain you’re using, along with any error message or error code shown in Capacities. For webhook failures, code 3089 indicates the request failed and the destination may need to be whitelisted.
