API that can create or modify object types

Change API so it can create or modify object types (structures). getObjectTypeShape is read-only — it returns a type's property schema so you can create instances correctly. Everything else operates on objects, blocks, pages, tasks, files, and the daily note. The docs also note the MCP server mirrors the Public API surface, and the Public API likewise has no structure-creation endpoint. This would be a work around from the fact you can't duplicate Object types and could have an agent do it.
