Add quarters to time-based template

Hi,

As stated in Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Notes bug report, time-based template are now supported.

So since update 71, we can apply a Week of creation template to a Weekly-Note object type Date's property so that it is prefiled with the week period and shown in daily note.

That's great and it works for day, week, month and year.

As someone working a lot with quarters as well, I would like to ask that they get supported as well.

Quarter-based date variables are not currently documented for templates. Could you add examples of the expected output and whether the date property should contain the quarter’s start date or the full quarter range? https://docs.capacities.io/reference/templates
