Editable audio transcript
in love with the new transcript feature for audio. Been waiting on that for a really long time! As we all know, audio transcribing sometimes is not great for names, foreign words, slang, etc. so it affects the the transcript's searchability.
Could the transcripts be editable, to make sure that key words (person, place names, concepts etc.) are accurate and searchable?
I love how this feature works in Dovetail, if the example is helpful for the capacities team. You can just replay the audio and edit as you go. It's been a lifesaver for transcribing and analyzing interviews in the past!

Editable transcripts would help correct names, foreign words, slang, and other transcription errors so the content remains searchable. Could you share whether you’d prefer editing the transcript directly or correcting it while replaying the audio?
