Separate toggle for in-app AI features and MCP access

Currently, disabling AI features in Capacities also disables MCP connections. These are two different use cases:

• In-app AI: AI features in the Capacities interface (chat, suggestions, etc.).
• MCP access: external AI tools, like Claude, reading and editing my space through the MCP server.

I'd like to turn off the in-app AI features to keep the interface clean, while still using Capacities through MCP.

Request: split the current setting into two independent toggles, one for in-app AI features and one for MCP access.

For reference, Customer.io handles it this way: its in-app AI toggle doesn't affect MCP, which has its own setting.
