Large Collections are Incredibly Slow

I had imported 1300 or so files and added them to a collection as part of that import, trying to open the collection was incredibly slow to the point it was basically unusable, I just deleted the collection since tag works mostly as well but I thought I would flag the bug here for the team to deal with as needed. This feature isn't particularly important to me, this is just a heads up.
