Details menus are not condensing consistently when queries are side-by-side

See included picture. On the left, the menu pill has condensed almost all the menus into a single drop-down menu, allowing me to see more of the title of my query, but on the right side, the menus are not condensing into a drop-down menu and have almost completely obscured the title of my query.
