Keep alignment/location of Add new Object consistent when collapsing/expanding query view.

In 1.71, the Details Menu Pill and the New Object button are indented to the left when the query view is expanded. When you collapse the query view, the Details Menu Pill disappears and the New Object button jumps to the right side margin. It's a bit jarring. Can you please keep the Add new button and Design Menu Pill stay in a consistent place on the line when the query view is expanded?
