pasting lists into DBs/TABLES

for the life of me, i cannot paste the same column of records/values/cells (whatever we are calling them nowadays) from some table of a spreadsheet into a matching column of lists in a capacities table/DB.

the import is not clean/simple... or copy/pasting simple lists (IE: a list of 100 countries) does not seem like as easy task as i had hoped.

how to paste lists into a column of records (100 items into a table column of 100 different rows)

Bulk import supports CSV files: export the spreadsheet as CSV, then import it into the relevant object type or collection. Directly pasting a spreadsheet column into an existing Capacities table/database is not documented; tables do support pasted Markdown tables.
