Login-Procedure fails sometime due to time-out

Dear Capacities Team

I experience from time to time (with good and not so good Wi-Fi; with Brower and Desktop App), that my login runs into a time out. Sometimes I´m not able to sign in.

It would be great, if you could have a look at this process.
