Create keyboard shortcut for applying bullets to multiple blocks at once

Please add a keyboard shortcut that applies bullet-point formatting to all selected blocks at once.

Currently, the bullet shortcut works only on the active block (& when cursor is at the start of the time). Formatting several blocks at once requires multiple mouse clicks in the edit menu. Would be much more efficient to have a keyboard shortcut that converts all selected blocks into bullet points while preserving their text and order.
