AI problem
I am not finding the AI is working as I need. I ask basic questions - to search across all my meetings for the week and identify a list of actions that emerge for me to do. It can't do this - says 'The review could not be completed because the meeting-note results did not finish loading. I don’t have reliable meeting content from this week to identify actions. No action list was inferred or invented.. What's the problem happening here?

Please add the exact prompt, date range, platform/app version, and whether retrying produces the same “results did not finish loading” message. A screenshot or example meeting note that was missed would also help identify whether this is a loading or search issue.
