task blocks are created as "untitled" right away and i cant type, unless i open the task itself

i was creating tasks in a page, but out of nowhere, the task blocks started to be created as "untitled" right away and i cant type, unless i open the task itself. i've reloaded the capacites desktop app, tryied in the web and mobile (ios) and its happening everywhere.
