Persist Graph View Zoom

-Request to Persist Graph View Zoom Level Across Object Navigation

Dear Capacities team,

I would like to propose a feature to preserve the Graph View zoom level when navigating between objects. At present, the zoom resets to an intermediate level after each navigation, requiring manual adjustment to the minimum zoom to maintain a broad overview.

Proposed solutions

Remember the last used zoom level: when moving from one object to another, the Graph View retains the previously set zoom level.

Or provide a default, persistent zoom setting in preferences: apply across all object views unless explicitly changed by the user.

For my daily uses, The Graph View is a central tool for navigation and relationship mapping in my workflow. Maintaining a consistent zoom level reduces repetitive adjustments and enhances productivity.

A zoom level that is memorized or defaults to a user-specified setting improves visibility of complex, large-scale graphs and supports better knowledge discovery across interconnected objects.
