Introduce advanced query filters for projects. Allow filtering by project status (e.g., "In Progress") and excluding projects based on the absence of specific task statuses (e.g., no tasks with status "Next Up" or multiple specified statuses). This aims to better support GTD workflows by surfacing projects needing attention or lacking immediate next actions.
