Ability to selectively remove "Related content" items

I'd like the ability to remove individual "Related content" items. Sometimes the algorithm comes up with a couple of relevant things and a couple of things that are not relevant, and the irrelevant ones just get in the way. I'd like the ability to delete those irrelevant items from the Related Content section. Right now I can only hide the entire section, which doesn't solve the problem when there ARE things that are relevant.
