Awkward spacing between object title and aliases

I opened a person object today and noticed something has changed in the spacing. I'm not fully sure how it used to be, but it looks strange now. It's not as smooth as it used to be.

Maybe the space was smaller between title title and alias and a bit larger between alias and tag?
