Ability to organize Task Status placement to start with "In Progress" and "Next Up" on Top

Currently when you open Tasks to be organized by status it sits in this order:

Open, Not Started, Next Up, In Progress, Done

and I'd like the ability to change this so that the items that need to be done sooner are showing up first. For example:

In Progress, Next Up, Not Started, Open, Done

(This aligns with wanting to be able to move the tasks list to the top of the daily note section and the ability to customize task status category to include things like: waiting, delegated)
