Drag between sections in sidebar not user friendly in android

Android v1.69.7

The ability to drag objects between sidebar sections is great. On android though, the UX is a bit confusing. You initiate the reorder by long pressing on one section, which enables the drag handle of all objects in that section. But as soon as a certain object is moved to another section, it looses the drag handle and can't be reordered. Also the sections itself can't be reordered. Maybe you can think of a more intuitive way, that allows reordering of all objects including the sections, just like on desktop.
