ChatGPT integration should support access to multiple Spaces
I use Capacities as a central part of my professional and academic research workflow, and I was very pleased to see the ChatGPT integration.
However, I have discovered a major limitation: ChatGPT can only access one Capacities Space at a time. If I connect my “Notes” Space, ChatGPT can retrieve its content, but it can no longer access my “Thesis” Space. If I switch the connection to “Thesis”, I lose access to “Notes”.
This is particularly problematic because the whole purpose of using multiple Spaces is to organize different areas of work while still being able to use Capacities as a global knowledge base. My research requires me to work across several Spaces and to cross-reference information between them. Having to manually change the connected Space every time defeats a large part of the usefulness of the ChatGPT integration.
I therefore need the integration to allow users to grant ChatGPT access to several selected Spaces — ideally all Spaces, or at least multiple Spaces chosen by the user.
I am a paying Capacities user, and it is very frustrating to pay for a service and discover that such an important integration does not adequately support the way Capacities itself is designed to be used.
I would very much appreciate it if multi-Space access could be added to the ChatGPT integration.
