Add an action to Apply templates to inline items

1) Would be nice to have Cmd+P action to apply a template to current selected block. Or in general a separate action menu to apply a template (like in obsidian)

2) When typing "#" on an inline item wihtout type, makes sense to allow both converting it to a type AND to a template from any of the types

3) A hotkey to pick a template to apply to current item would also be nice.

This ties into other tickets - "have more hotkey actions" and "Allow customizing hotkeys"

4) Bonus: Quicker template creation - create template action / flow
