Have more hotkey actions

Feels like just all possible actions / conversions should be included in the hotkeys menu

Specifically:

• Convert current item to a todo checkbox [] (the usual Notion-style Cmd+Option+1-2-3-4-5 ... for node type conversions in general would also be nice - not just by prefix)
• In obsidian, the "mark checkbox done" hotkey creates a checkbox first, if it's not present (with Capacities, Cmd+Enter creates a new line if there's no checkbox, and marks checkbox done if there is)

As a foundation for the future "Allow customizing hotkeys" would be nice to at least list all actions there even if no hotkey for them currently.
