A way to remove/hide related content that isn't actually related

Sometimes the related content that is surfaced is wrong, and it becomes clutter and a distraction as my brain is hijacked by "What? That's not right!".

For instance, two people who share a first name, or even just a similar name, end up being shown as related content links.

Is there a way to mark a piece of related content as unrelated? Or just hide one piece?

Or, create a custom list of similar words that should not be considered matching?

I don't want to turn off related content completely, it's obviously hugely helpful and IMO a main piece of what makes Capacities fantastic. But, how to fine tune?

Thanks for reporting this. A few clarifying questions to help understand the issue better:

  • When you see incorrect related content suggestions, is it always based on name matches (like two people with the same first name), or are there other patterns you've noticed? 2. Would a way to dismiss or hide individual related content items solve this, or would you need a more permanent solution (like a blocklist)? 3. Are there specific object types or properties where this happens most often?
