Workflows and triggers for ontology maintenance

When I give new information to the AI chat, I want it to process and file records for things automatically across the ontology. In previous systems, this means breaking down a new event into a set of interrelated records.

For example, if I describe a recent situation and include screenshots, transcripts, and thoughts, I want to define an agent and give it a set of tools that file event records, create abstractions, append details to existing records, create new source asset records and cross-link them.

I see this platform as a way to record history, make analysis, and support deliberation, but to do that, it needs strong rigor and process for accuracy.
