Fix or allow choosing design so that the Android app looks an android app, not ios

The new interface elements in the android app are from iOS and are very jarring on android. Not going to get into debates on liquid glass, but the interface changes as a whole clearly look like its just an ios app. Understand changing that is a much bigger change, so would be nice to have at least the following:

• remove or add a toggle to turn off the glass effects and use solid colours
• remove the text from the "tabs" at the top, its very squashed

The other new ui elements all just use icons I think, so its only the top tab bar I've seen that looks off (in terms of squashed text).

Raising as Improvement rather than bug, as would seem shipping this was intentional.
