Increase visual contrast for Tasks that contain open To-dos

It's currently very difficult to parse out tasks that have open to-do items under them (basically the subtasks solution currently) by just looking at the Task bullet. There is a very slight indication of grey, but not easy to see. Once a single to-do has been checked, it's much easier. See attached, the top bullet has a to-do, the second does not. As of now it's easy to just click the bullet and not realize their are open to-dos within that Task.
