Hightlight blocks in presentation mode

While in presentation mode, it would be very useful to click on a block to highlight it and make it stand out, either by adding a specific background color or a frame to it or by dimming the other blocks on that slide.

Using the left and right arrow buttons would then select and highlight the previous or next block. If the end of the slide is reached, then the next slide would open with the first block being selected and highlighted.

This option would increase the orientation of following and focusing on a presentation by not being overwhelmed by or lost in too many bullet points and other kinds of blocks.
