Make task deadlines repeatable

Allow the recurrence logic to calculate future cycles based on the Deadline field rather than the Date field. When a task recurs, its deadline should advance cleanly by the set interval (e.g., "+1 month"), allowing the user to independently choose when to pull that task into a daily note for execution without breaking the underlying rhythm.
