Ability to hide Built-in Labels on Basic objects

I would love to be able to hide the Category and Topic labels on Weblinks. I already use tags that are very similar and allow me to group across Object Types. I understand customizing to an infinite degree would be difficult, but being able to hide them would save this librarian from wanting to complete all the visible metadata. I would be fine with the option to always hide them or hide when blank/empty.

The place where this is the biggest issue for me is on the Windows Desktop version. On the iOS mobile version, they're only on the Properties tab, so they're not constantly visible.
