Tabs for related objects within Objects

I really like when the tasks object appears in the top menu next to properties in a project or any other object when a task has been created. I thought it would be brilliant if I could add others to the list. For example, if I create an update object, if I create an update against a project, it would be amazing if I could see that next to the tasks. I do understand that we might not be able to have an endless list but perhaps there is a way to give us that. I can see that I can open up the embedded item but it would be amazing to be able to add a few so for example, meetings, updates, people and tasks is already there.
