Add year picker on Dates for mobile

Yesterday I tried registering my mom's birthday but I couldn't select the year directly. I would've had to spam the arrow to go back a month hundreds of times. On PC you can already choose the year and month from a dropdown so it seems like an oversight that you can't do it on mobile. Or maybe I just couldn't figure out how which would be a problem in UX anyway
