AI Assistant capabilities

I would strongly value the ability for the AI assistant in Capacities to function more like an executive assistant rather than primarily a help guide. Right now it mostly explains how to use the tool or how to structure things, or to do things like search the web, which is useful to a point, but it doesn’t reduce the amount of manual work I still have to do. What would be much more meaningful is if I could give it natural language instructions and have it actually create and organize objects directly inside Capacities.

For example, I should be able to say something like “create a task to wash my hair under the project House upkeep” or “add a reminder to follow up on this next Tuesday” or even “turn this idea into a note and place it in the right project,” and have it execute those actions in the system.

The value would be much closer to something like Airtable’s AI features, where it can not only explain what to do but actually set up and modify structures and data for you. What I’m really looking for is an assistant that can interpret intent, decide how it should be structured, and then reliably create and place those objects in the correct context, so that capturing ideas and turning them into organized action becomes seamless rather than a multi-step manual process.
