review block system + its layout quirks / frictions (huge potential here!)

This is an entry binding 2 closely related observations (quirks/glitches) relating to systematic use of the potentially so powerful block and layout system.

These are two – I think symptomatic issues – I ran into when trying to use the block system to the fullest and in context of other Capacities logics (wide page etc) for creating dashboard-like structures:

Even more I hope this can set some impulse to make better overall usage of block system and improve it´s current UI/UX quality … which has some room for improvement – and lots of potential, once attended to 🙂
