Keep scrolling position after losing focus and returning to the document, especially in the side panel

When a page/panel looses focus the scrolling position is lost, especially if the document is opened in the side panel. If not in the side panel, the scrolling position is not completely lost, but also not accurately retained. For example, I have a large document and I am halfway in my reading. Then I go to another page/document or the calender of whatever. Upon returning to my document (in the side panel), it is displayed at 'page 1', so that each time I have to search for the paragraph I was reading. That's quite annoying, because my document is very long. In my opinion preserving the scrolling position is standard functionality, so I tend to consider this as a bug.
