AI Agent should skip the confirmation for updates

Remove: Agent instruction to confirm any write actions before proceeding

Add: chat artifact representing an update to an Object. Represented visually by a Pill. The user can open the change and click Revert if they don't like it.

Reasoning: having to confirm an update with an extra message adds friction; is unintuitive

Background: I'm a heavy AI chat user. I like most of my work to be done through the Agent, where it would store what I ask it to in appropriate Objects. For my project (Space) I have a 'Time log' Page. The Agent is fine with reading and understanding its format. Having to search for the page and update it manually with the same format adds friction. I want to be able to tell the Agent: 'Log 4 hours today'

Besides that, I reported a bug where the Agent claims it updated the page when it actually did not.
