Custom Page Layouts for Objects (and the ability to hide empty block properties)

I would love to see some more options as far as page layouts go. Ideally I would like to be able to rearrange the layout of properties much like we can arrange blocks in a document to create my own layouts. For instance creating two or three columns for some shorter property inputs, changing where the image property displays on the page, etc. Perhaps a drag and drop template that can be set per object type?

Alternatively, additional options for page layouts beyond the Profile, Encyclopaedia, and Index Card options as these don't necessarily cover every use case.

I'd also really like to be able to set object types to hide "blocks" properties, just like we can hide other properties, when they are empty.
